Yep you need to join a corporation really - if you're a solo kind of player, as I am, you'll benefit from joining a corporation that doesn't do much by way of mandatory ops but that let's you largely get on with your own thing while chatting with ...

It might be good to know the reasons behind CCP putting the "one jump every 24 hours limit on it". Presumably they wanted to put a limit on it to prevent people jumping back and forth all the time, which makes sense, but it could be that 24 hours ...
